SERVICE.

GENUINESCALE provides custom AI automation services to Indian businesses. Our team manually builds automation workflows using tools such as Make.com and Zapier on your behalf. We are a service business — not a software platform. Access to the client portal is provided to track your project status and invoices.

By engaging GENUINESCALE, you agree to these Terms of Service.

After your setup fee payment is confirmed, we commit to delivering your automation system within 7 business days. Delivery timelines assume you provide all necessary access, credentials, and information within 48 hours of our request.

Delays caused by incomplete information, unavailable access, or changes in scope may extend the delivery timeline. We will communicate any such delays promptly.

A one-time setup fee is payable before work begins. A monthly subscription fee is charged on a recurring basis via Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable for the current billing period.

All payments are processed securely by Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment gateway.

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting us at hello@genuinescale.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will continue to have access to your systems until then.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service if subscription payments are not made within 7 days of the due date.

You are responsible for providing accurate information when engaging our services, granting us the access necessary to build and maintain your automations, ensuring that your use of the automation workflows complies with applicable laws, and keeping your client portal login credentials confidential.

You must not use our services for any unlawful purpose, including sending unsolicited messages, violating third-party platform policies, or any activity that violates Indian law.

The automation workflows, templates, and systems we build for you are delivered for your business use. Once your setup fee is paid in full, you own the output of the work we build specifically for you.

GENUINESCALE retains ownership of any proprietary frameworks, methodologies, and tools used to build your systems. Our website content, branding, and code are the exclusive property of GENUINESCALE.

GENUINESCALE provides its services on a best-efforts basis. We are not liable for: indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from your use of our services; losses caused by third-party platforms (Make.com, Zapier, etc.) being unavailable or changing their terms; or any business losses resulting from automation downtime.

Our total liability to you in any month shall not exceed the monthly subscription fee paid in that month.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
