When you submit a lead form or contact us, we collect: your full name, business name, business type, phone number, email address, and information about your business needs. When you become a client and access the client portal, we also store your login credentials and project-related data.
We do not collect payment card details — all payments are processed securely by Razorpay, an RBI-authorised payment gateway.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use the information you provide to: respond to your enquiry and book a discovery call, deliver the automation services you have contracted us for, send you project updates and monthly reports via email, process payments and issue invoices, and improve our service quality.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.

DATA RETENTION
We retain your personal information for as long as you are a client or have an active enquiry with us, and for up to 3 years thereafter for accounting and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@genuinescale.com.

Under applicable Indian data protection law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements), and withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.

Authentication is handled exclusively via secure Google OAuth — we do not store or manage personal passwords on our servers.
